Application Consultant

Create value for clients and the Lateral Group through the delivery of projects including:

• Assisting in the scoping of new projects
• Assisting in the design of new solutions and the creation of Functional Specifications
• Act as a subject matter expert in the configuration, implementation and use of CRM and marketing applications (including Alterian and Portrait)
• Support the configuration and implementation of marketing applications
• Providing training and advanced support on Lateral Groups applications

Client Services Manager

Manage the Client Services Team (eg. hr, training, time management, reviews, holidays etc.) Manage the Financial Forecasting (Note GM to support month-end)

Project Manager

Work closely with client management to understand the business requirement for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project. Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project, and manage their development and delivery

Senior Account Manager

To manage the client relationship to ensure that the clients expectations are exceeded. To be responsible for the management of briefing all client work into the project management/consultancy/creative team as appropriate and to support the appropriate company department to ensure the quality of all work that is delivered to the client. To help clients to identify requirements and write (client facing) response to brief documents using internal support as and when required for support.

Senior Consultant Strategy Pre Sales

Create value for clients, our agency partner and the Lateral Group through the delivery of projects including:

• Preparation of tenders, pitches and proposals
• Delivering hands on analysis project and/or creating brief
• Working closely with internal and agency staff to develop leading marketing propositions and solutions for clients
• Evangelising the benefits of analysis and marketing data within the client agency and educating agency staff in their application
• Acting as a subject matter expert for analysis and data planning within the agency and the Lateral Group.

Consultant Technical Post Sales

Create value for clients and the Lateral Group through the delivery of projects including:

• Assisting in the deployment of new projects
• Capturing and refining client business requirements
• Writing functional specifications
• Developing website wireframes
• Designing technical solutions

SQL Developer

To support and work closely with a team of SQL developers working on a series of database projects, working to client brief to deliver a broad range of work (from simple data extracts; business reporting; through to full scale development projects)

Head of Analysis

Create value for clients and the Lateral Group through the management and hands on delivery of analysis projects including:

• Experimental design
• Designing analysis frameworks
• Designing analysis environments
• Predictive and descriptive analysis
• Developing customer segmentations
• Delivering reporting
